A recent Tweet from the official Disney+ account confirmed that WandaVision, the debut Marvel Studios series on the streaming platform, will release this year. That has been quickly followed up with the official trailer.
The trailer premiered during the 2020 Emmy Awards and shows Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany will reprise their roles as Wanda Maximoff and Vision. The series will be set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, which means something is obviously not quite right considering Vision died in Avengers: Infinity War.

Welcome to WandaVision. Coming soon to Disney+. Marvel Studios’ captivating new series “WandaVision” stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, and marks the first series from Marvel Studios streaming exclusively on Disney+. The series is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision—two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.
WandaVision will release on Disney+ later this year.
This looks like it’s going to be madness. Can’t wait!
I think it’ll be mental. Proper looking forward to it ☺️
Yeah. I’ve watched it a few times now and picked up on a few potential hints as to what the story arc will be. It potentially sets up so much for the future of the MCU.
That’s what I’m looking forward to most. All the time one they will have between the movies and shows 😉
