Last week, a user on the MarvelStudiosSpoilers subreddit correctly leaked the runtime of WandaVision episode 7. At the time, many fans were speculating that the final three episodes of the series would each clock-in in at around 1-hour. This was based on the fact that people involved with the project had stated that the series would run for approx. six hours.
Reddit user by Plenty_Echidna_544 last week stated that the episode would only be 38 minutes long. This leak turned out to be correct for viewers watching in English. Other languages can vary slightly based on the differing end credits.
The same Reddit user has returned this week, stating that episode 8 of WandaVision will be the longest one yet with a runtime of 47 minutes. That would make it slightly longer than episode 5 which was 42 minutes long. As with last week’s leak, the information was verified by a moderator on MarvelStudiosSpoilers.
Given the fact that there are only two episodes left, longer episodes would make a lot of sense. Even though episode 7 gave us an answer as to who is really running the show in Westview, we still have a lot to learn. Where did Agatha come from? What is her motivation? Is she working alone? Who is “fake Pietro”? Hopefully, the next two episodes will give WandaVision the ending that it deserves.
Episode 8 of WandaVision will be available on Disney+ this coming Friday.
