Marvel Studios Announces Assembled Documentary Series for Disney+

Marvel Studios has today announced a new documentary series called Assembled will premiere on Disney+ next month. The series will treat fans to a behind-the-scenes look at how the MCU’s shows and movies come together.

The first instalment will arrive one week after the final episode of WandaVision is released, with subsequent episodes arriving shortly after each theatrical release and season finale. Future confirmed episodes include exclusive on-set footage from the making of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Loki.

ASSEMBLED is an immersive, and in-depth examination of the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and will arrive soon on Disney+.

The first episode of ASSEMBLED will focus on the critically acclaimed WandaVision. Join Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany and WandaVision’s creative team as the episode pulls back the curtain on this highly groundbreaking series. Learn how the production’s surprising concept took shape by drawing inspiration from classic sitcoms. Witness how the crew went to great lengths to emulate various filmmaking methods used during the early years of television. Discover the unique challenges and ultimate rewards of performing an entire episode in front of a live studio audience. Spend time with exciting newcomers to the MCU, such as Teyonah Parris and Kathryn Hahn, along with returning favorites like Kat Dennings and Randall Park.

Assembled: The Making of WandaVision will premiere on March 12th, which is one week after episode 9 of WandaVision and one week before The Falcon and the Winter Soldier premieres. It’s expected that we’ll also see two new episodes of Marvel Studios: Legends around that time focusing on Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes.
