Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is currently filming in the UK. We recently had news that suggested we may get a Bruce Campbell appearance in the movie. It now appears that the actor himself confirmed it. Well, Kind of anyway.
Bruce Campbell recently took to Twitter and posted an image of the London skyline with the caption: Boy, it was a blast, working in a certain city, with a certain director on a certain movie with a certain actor – it sure was!
So far we have very little confirmed on the plot of the movie although there have been many rumours. What we do know is that it will involve the multiverse and is likely to follow on from the events in the Disney+ series WandaVision and possibly Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness will see the sorcerer supreme (Benedict Cumberbatch) joined by Xochitl Gomez (Baby-Sitters Club), Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, and Chiwetel Ejiofor. The movie was due to hit cinemas on 7th May 2021 but has now been pushed back to 25th March 2022.
