During Avengers: Endgame, Tom Hiddleston’s character, Loki, managed to get his hands on the Tesseract once again before vanishing in a cloud of smoke. What happened to the God of Mischief after that is a mystery, but one that the upcoming Loki series on Disney+ promises to answer.
Announced by Kevin Feige during the Disney Investor Day presentation, Loki will be the third MCU series to premiere on Disney+ in May 2021. Feige also revealed that the series will be a “crime thriller”.
The debut trailer for Loki pickups immediately after Hiddleston’s sharp exit in Endgame, and features star Owen Wilson playing a member of the TVA (Time Variance Authority). You can watch the full exclusive clip from the upcoming Loki below:
Loki will debut on Disney+ in May 2021. Which means we’ll have three new Disney+ series to kick-off the new year.
