The MCU is currently set to return to the big screen this Spring, when Black Widow releases on May 7th. At the time of writing, that’s still the plan, although reports have circulated as recently as last week that Disney may delay the release for the third time. Other reports suggested that Disney may look to release the film in cinemas and on Disney+ simultaneously.
After a 12-month delay to the film’s release, fans are now desperate to watch the latest (and potential final) chapter in Natasha Romanoff’s MCU journey. Starring Scarlett Johansson as the titular character, Black Widow promises to delve deeper Natasha’s history as a spy prior to her joining the Avengers in Iron Man 2.
In preparation for the film’s release, the film’s official page on Disney’s UK site has revealed Black Widow‘s runtime will be 2 hours and 13 minutes (133 minutes). That will make it tied with Thor: Ragnarok as the ninth longest MCU movie released to date.
Black Widow is currently scheduled to release on May 7th.
