Last month, Disney announced that the upcoming Black Widow movie will be delayed for the third time due to COVID-19. It wasn’t all bad news for fans, however, as it was also revealed that Black Widow will now release theatrically and on Disney+ with Premier Access simultaneously. Yesterday, a new page for Black Widow has been added to Disney+, exactly three months ahead of its release.
The new page reveals pricing information for the film, which will see Scarlett Johansson return to the MCU as the titular hero. Premier Access is priced at $29.99 / £19.99 / €21.99 and will give viewers access to watch Black Widow on July 9th before it is available to all Disney+ subscribers.
The page includes a link to the recently released Black Widow trailer, along with the official synopsis for the film.
Black Widow will be the first MCU film to release since the pandemic began over 12 months ago. The movie will star Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, O-T Fagbenle, Rachel Weisz, and Ray Winstone.
You can watch Black Widow in theaters or in the comfort of your own home on Disney+ with Premier Access on July 9th.
